Very disappointing

Very disappointing service. Ordered 12 roses for my wife as a Valentine's present in the morning. Called them and was told that they will be delivered very soon. 2 and a half hours later called again and was told that thy should have been delivered, but when I said that I am still waiting I was told to wait for another "few hours".

If you wondered what a bad customer service looked like, this is the prime example. My advise stay away from them.

I ordered a sheaf of red roses for a funeral on Jan 2. The promotion on their website was confusing as I ordered "standard" at £40. It said you could have 12,18 or 24 roses so the minimum I expected was 12 roses. On the day the sheaf contained only 6 roses and looked embarrassingly meagre. A spray of 6 roses under another section cost £25. Given this I wrote and expressed my disappointment but, guess what!, they never bothered to reply. Somewhat taking advantage at times of grief!

Rude and bad manners

Disgusting language from the lady on the phone. I called to ask what dimensions the posies are as on their website it says small medium and large. She had no idea what diameter means! She was rude and a simple question like what size is a small she did not answer! In fact she gruntled 'oh for goodness sake! I want to sort my pdq out!' That was more important to her then explaining to me the flower sizes. It was for a funeral and she was totally unsympathetic and rude. If her phone manner is like that hate to think how her customer service is. Avoid. She really should not sell funeral flowers she lacks basic manners. Need sympathy for funeral flowers she has got no manners even. She shouldn't even be allowed in retail! Outraged at her behaviour.

Very Disappointed Mothers Day Flowers

Having received a beautiful boxed flowers from my son for mothers day I was very disappointed to see that after two days some of the flowers were dead, and when I transferred the small amount of flowers that I had left into a vase I noticed that they were bone dry and looked like there had never been any water in them! After taking photos and going into the shop today which was Friday I was told that Mothers day was a while back 5 days ago!! I did not expect a large bunch of flowers but maybe an apology or a refund but no they were prepared to do nothing! I love flowers and I am really disappointed with Liberty Flowers and will not be giving them my custom again nor will my family and friends!

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Michael and the team for the wonderful flower arrangements they created for my Dad's funeral, even down to the lavender he loved so much that was placed in the beautiful white rose, gerbera and lily display. My sisters and I are truly grateful, thank you again , Elaine
