Awful firm - Overall Poor to say the least

I think long and hard before leaving a negative review, I know just how detrimental a poor review can be to a small business. But in this instance I truly believe it is in the best interests of potential customers to know my experience. I was basically taken for £281 for 80 minutes work and what’s more is that the problem wasn’t fixed in fact I was left with more mess than I started with for a TRUE professional to clear up after this Skill-less Tradesman

Thanks very much to Jamie for a difficult job resolved. Original call-out for blocked kitchen waste finding a more complex problem - leakage from old piping. Origin hunted down with much patience in the confinement of a flat and replacements made as needed. From Mrs Enid Florence Ashford.

Too expensive, charged me an extra triple price where the other plumbers price. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Polite and helpful. I have a shower that stopped working and called round within 30 minutes. Gave costs for replacement and advised hos I could save money by ordering parts myself. Definitely recommended
