Lewis Carpets

I have used this company for a few years and had no worries about going back to them again for laminate flooring to be fitted in my rental property. The laminate was damaged and when I complained a fitter came to examine it and said THAT CAN'T BE REPAIRED IT HAS TO BE REPLACED. After many complaints and just being ignored I had to take out a County Court action against them, they even ignored that and buried their heads in the sand. They lost an old client who has now gone elsewhere.

I would like to say thank you very to these guys, after being let down by another company yesterday I went straight in and they sorted me out and fitted my carpet today. I can’t thank you enough for all your help and hard work. My son is absolutely in love with his new carpet.

Terrible company visited this company , choose the carpet and a 10mm underlay got a sample of the carpet and the underlay that was supposed to be fitted , on the day of fitting, the fitter laid the underlay and gripper , we noticed the underlay was very thin we offered up both the carpet with the shop sample and the underlay the underlay laid was an 8mm we paid for a 10mm shop excuse was “ oh it will expand “ (Lie ) the carpet was offered up against the sample too and was the same colour but a totally different carpet , very thin so much so you could see the backing , shop excuse “ oh not sure what happen there , I will talk to the suppliers !. Basically avoid this company if you do shop there take samples as you may very well see you may not get the carpet you've paid for . The underlay was thin and full of wood and hard plastic not to mention staples sticking up that could cause injury pictures to prove and back up this poor review ..told the fitter to leave.
