from a low of poor engineers pretending they knew what they were doing to a company WHO DO KNOW

After trying for several weeks from 6/12/22 until after new year 22 for an under floor heating engineer to repair a faulty system, all we found were "emergency plumbers and electricians" who pretended they knew what they were doing with UFH , luckily enough we made contact with Levett&quinn.
Mr Levett came to our house identified the problem and faulty part, went out and collected it and fitted it very quickly , the system burst back into life and has been working perfectly since that date.
We waited for the bill and were equally pleased to find that they had not overcharged, the invoice was for an acceptable amount.
