I would have no hesitation in recommending Letters plumbing & Heating Services. From first point of contact, Noreen is friendly, efficient and acts promptly assigning engineers, who are knowledgable, helpful and tidy. I have used Letters Plumbing Services several times now and each time any issues have been resolved on the same day, with work carried out to a high standard. Keep up the good work!

Very good professional firm. I’ve had issues with my underfloor heading for years but when Martin and his team arrived my whole system got an overhaul and everything is working better now than ever. We will definitely be getting them to do all our servicing etc from now on.

Perfect for a straight forward gas service but poor service otherwise.

I had used Letters for a few years and in august asked them to carry out a gas service and some basic plumbing work. They attended and carried out the gas service. A further date was agreed for October and they failed to show. I got no explanation as to why. I then received an invoice for the gas service with no acknowledgement of their failure to attend. I November I sent an email asking for an explanation but never received a reply. Today I received a final demand for payment and I contacted them via phone and asked why the failed to attend. the confirmed that they didn't attend the appointment and that they had received my email. They had even marked it as urgent. They offered no reason other than their 'bad management'. They had an opportunity to correct their mistake and failed to do so. They have since given an apology but at this late stage it doesn't count for very much. See google review for fuller explanation.
