Happy Salon Owner

I am not a client of Leslie Frances as i have my own Salon, but i do send my trainees threw this salon to get there NVQs,I have never once had any problems with reception or training staff for my girls,Have used them for many years,and I for one am very Happy that the salon is still trading after all these years,Keep up the good work Ladies.xxxx

Appalling Service!!

Appalling customer service. The blonde haired women in her 50's is the rudest receptionist. For some very strange reason she thinks that her job is to look down her nose at people, get a grip women your a receptionist in a hair salon in Barnsley!!! I have lived in London for many years and have visited many high calibre hair salons and never had such bad customer care. They said they would ring me back twice and never did so I had to chase them. No I won't be wasting my time with this salon, terrible.

Friendly salon - excellent training school

I am a regular user of the Salon's training school for a cut/colour and find the staff very friendly and polite. There is a senior stylist available for guidance if required and would advise anyone to give it a try.

Professional salon with great customer service

I have been a regular client of Leslie Frances for over 25 years and during this time I have always received a professional & courteous service from all staff, from my arrival at Reception to the Junior washing my hair to my stylist Denise.
Having worked in the Customer Service industry for 20 years, I find their standard of customer service excellent, staff smile & acknowledge you whilst you are walking thro' the Salon. You are offered complimentary drinks/magazines whilst you wait and refills or a change of reading material is offered without hesitation.
The salon is stylish & modern, with a large welcoming Reception and easy to view Sales area with staff able to advise/recommend on the products available.
