1Was this Leo, the scaffolding company In Cheltenham? I believe he was originally a business in the SE, but started up a new company this way last year. If so, we are having horrendous issues with him, scaffold not up in time to complete work, now issues with getting it moved so we can carry on. His lads are great but he is a waist of time and very unreliable. Will never use him again!
