Steve’s work is always to a very high standard. He is trustworthy and hard working. Steve also does a good job of clearing up after the job is finished. He is very approachable and will give you advice on the job. His pricing is fair and I would recommend him highly.

Steve works very professionally and all his work is to an extremely high standard with real attention to detail. We had an extension with bifold doors and a roof lantern. He did the whole job including plumbing, plastering, kitchen fitting and decorating!! Easy! We love it. All done in 3 ish months!!

I have used this company quite a few times now so I think that says it all. Steve is very professional and always completes any jobs to a high standard. Steve from Leopard Development has remodelled my bathroom. He has also done structural work to remove a supporting wall and create an open plan kitchen/diner and a toilet/utility. Steve is great to work with, dedicated and hard working. Steve has excellent attention to detail and a very high standard of workmanship. Work was done to time and for the quoted price.

We are incredibly pleased with all the work completed by Leopard Development, start to finish, and are already starting to plan other works for Steve. We had a full bathroom installation, which was completed to a very high standard, and we were kept very involved with important decisions such as exactly where the shower should sit on the wall, and Steve made conscientious suggestions of what would suit best for things we hadn’t considered, and might suit our personal situation best.

Our original quote was very reasonable, which we managed to get even lower by sourcing our own items to be installed. Steve provided lots of guidance in which products might be suitable or not so.

In spite of a couple of unavoidable extenuating circumstances, our work was completed by the planned completion date, with Steve working longer days and bringing in help (without any extra cost) to achieve this. Steve was very diligent to leave our house was left clean and tidy every day too. 5*
