Three watches needed repairing. One was particularly damaged, having been dropped on a hard tiled floor and smashed inside the face. The other needed a new metal shoulder which had to be specially made. Both of these jobs were done for a very reasonable price. I hope this place isn’t going anywhere any time soon, because Mr Cole really is excellent at what he does.

I needed a replacement strap for my expensive watch. In the past I'd used the maker's service. Lot of form filling, waiting for the post sending and returning.
At Len Cole, strap was ordered straightaway, arrived in four days, fitted in minutes and at a fraction of the cost

I have a Seiko chronograph watch.
I have had it for 30+ years.
Took it to Timpsons for a new battery "BIG mistake". The watch was ruined, the hands were going around at a outrageous pace.
I took it to Leonard Cole in Newport and the gentleman had it back as good as new in minutes. When I asked how much do I owe you the answer was "that's ok nothing"
I bought a new strap and had it fitted for nothing.
I left the price of a pint as a tip and I am pleased to say my old Seiko is running perfectly.
