Do NOT use this business. In my view, the reviews on other websites are all clearly fake.

The lenses they provided caused months of headaches. The headaches suddenly stopped when switched back to old glasses, confirming that Lensology / ReglazeMyGlasses were the culprits. A local optician who examined this also confirmed this.

After complaining and requesting a refund as they provided a faulty product, they provided the most insulting and rude customer experience of my life. In addition to their head of customer service being condescending and aggressive, they asked for the glasses to be sent back so they could fix them, but all I wanted was a refund (which I was legally entitled to given their product was faulty). The head of customer service also refused to offer even a simple apology.

I will now just go to my local optician for new lenses in future as, believe me, this company is a total disaster and should not be allowed to be in business!
