poor service

I went into the shop and spoke to Keith. We organised someone to come and measure, between 1 and 2 pm. When 2.30 came no one arrived. Someone rang me and said he had forgotten the appt and would arrive very soon as he was round the corner. No one came. At 3pm I rang the office and said I didn't think it was worth it anymore as it got off to a bad start. The carpet I chose was lovely. I was upset about this as they did not apparently want my custom.

No communication

Waiting in all morning because we was first job of the day, turns out the fitter had an doctors appointment booked but no one thought to inform us. It was booked the day before but that made it ok according to them. Have to wait in all day now, just before Christmas too. Poor communication really unhappy, I had to call them to find out
