Poor customer care

Been closed for 17 days, it reopens without toilet facilities staff Said there was no one to clean them. They had plenty of staff available to sell you something.
That shows what leeks management think of their customer customer care

On line service is good

There seems to be some in store issues looking at other reviews, but I bought something on line it was delivered earlier than expected which was great, and the iron I bought was at a fantastic price compared to other big name retailers.

Shocking customer service

Terrible customer service. Bought a hot tub from them and haven't been able to use it because of an issue with the motor. They told us they would get us a new one and now told us they can't do that. Now we have wasted our time staring at a hot tub to be told we can't use it. Thanks leekes for letting me and my family down.

I visited leeks today and I was served by a nasty rude girl, in gardening. I asked for a price on an item where the rag was missing . she wasn't impressed she huffed n puffed I asked to see a supervisor but she said she was away, how do people go back with such awfull customer services, I'm not so thanks who ever she is on gardening, u lost leeks another customer ....lol

Do not buy bathroom from these people

Complete shambles with items not ordered, not delivered, wrong items ordered. Lots of issues, leak post fit resulted in water damaged units requiring replacement but no-one returns your calls. Store manager did not have courtesy to reply to my emails or calls asking for help. Very bad reviews on other sites... Wish i had seen them. 3 months in still not finished. Worst customer service. I will never shop here again.
