The brand new coach they used had a tyre blow out on the A2, a smart motorway. Francis, John and driver Andrew worked extremely had to get police support, tyre replacement service and replacement coach, while keeping all of us on the coach fully updated on exactly what was happening until the replacement arrived, then getting us all aboard it and on our way. Well done all three. Can't fault the for effort and industry.

Good generally if you can walk well.
If you are a bit frail you could be left far from a toilet and other basic needs .
Check reviews out for hotels etc if on holiday with this company before booking.
Poor service generally from hotel visited with them last week.

This is a super company, very client focused, reliable and value for money. They offer an enormous range of day trips and short breaks in comfortable coaches with a courier on board to guide your day out as well as serving refreshments en route. I use them almost every month from trips to the seaside, to pretty market towns and historic centres. I recommend them to all lovers of day trips and short breaks and top class personal service.
