Lee Holmes Independent Garden Machinery

My original review was on March 2020. I had NOT put diesel in my mower. The mower was 1 year old and needed a 1st service and the battery was flat. The tyres were fully inflated. I was told I had a foreign engine they did not work on which was not true. I complained about the price of another company’s quote. I went back to Lee the following year to give a second chance as my blades had jammed. Here I had been given good professional work. Unfortunately the response to my first feedback is untrue. I am bewildered!

i rang Lee Holmes to collect my ride on lawn mower to service and repair. I warned the manager the say before that the lawn mower was not working and had to be pushed approx 200 yrds to the drive. The manager said this was ok. I had to wait 2 weeks for collection and when it happened I had a phone call from the lad asking where the lawn mower was. I told him in the same place i told his boss the previous day. He then said well how do i get it to the drive. He then hung up and when returning from work i saw the lawn mower was still there. I rang Lee Holmes and they said they could not repair as it had a Chinese engine and not a Honda engine. Pretty dismayed at the customer service i have contacted another servicing company, who have collected and have confirmed the engine is Honda. What does that tell you......They do not know their engines - very poor or no service.
