Garage conversion & extension.

From start to finish I was extremely happy with our garage conversation & extension. Lee was on hand with everything, he checked we were happy every step along the way and made any changes necessary to ensure we were always happy. Nothing was too much trouble. I was also very happy with how tidy everything was left each day after they left, all swept up and ready for the next day. Lee would check in daily to make sure things were on track. The communication was first rate and on any occasion I needed to call him he would always answer. The standard of his work was high as well as his great team of lads that worked there socks off and were all a good laugh. We wouldn’t ever use anyone else for any future work! We now have an amazing new space in our home and we a very happy customers! Highly recommended 100%. Thanks again Lee & Sons. Rachel & Ben

Kitchen Renovation

From the initial consultation to the finish I was delighted with my renovation. Lee helped us with the design, checked we were happy with every step along the way and made any changes necessary to ensure we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble.
From having a small kitchen to now a large family kitchen and dining area it is beautiful.
I was impressed every evening as the house was left tidy, all swept up and protective door coverings placed to stop dust travelling through. Lee would check in daily. The communication was phenomenal and on any occasion I needed to call him he would always answer.
The standard of his work was high and all of his tradesman were polite, friendly and jolly! I would often hear one singing loudly (which made me laugh) but was lovely to hear!
I wouldn’t use anyone else now! I have a beautiful new space in our home and I’m a very happy customer! Zoe

Professional builders

Thank you to Lee and the lads for doing the recent demolish and build of my garage.
I am very pleased with the results. I honestly do not know how you managed to get materials during the past month or so, everything has been in such short supply.
Lee, you quoted everything well and made it all clear.
I have no problems in recommending you and the lads.

Top job by the guys at Lee & Sons

Lee was removing a wall and installing a new kitchen for us, creating a full open plan feel to the downstairs of our house. Lee provided us with quotation and starting date for the job that both matched what we required so we went ahead.

We were very happy with the end result that you can see from the photos. The work was completed within the timespan for our expectations even with a custom steel girder that was needed. As with all jobs, you don't know what can of worms you are going to get until you start to strip things back and the scope changed slightly as we were going through the job, being a ceiling lowered and spot lights put in.

It took slightly longer due to the extra works, but this was by our request and Lee managed to fit it in with the new jobs he was supposed to be starting after ours.

All in all, top job by the guys at Lee & Sons, We would defo recommend to anyone. Achieving the outcome we wanted and was always there to answer the phone if we had any questions.
