Ruri is an extremely efficient worker with many years experience and also local, so he relies on good customer service and reviews. He carried out the jobs with no fuss and explained to us what he was doing. He tidied up any mess he made (very little) and came at the time he expected to each morning; even on the morning it snowed he had sent an email to say he would be a little late. We are very happy to recommend Ruri and would happily use him again if needed.

We had a full rewire of the house and additional work. The job was completed in a professional and timely manner. The standard of work was first class, including housekeeping. We were kept fully informed with progress throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will use them again in future.

Contacted Ledger & Son following a tenant deciding to modify the house electrics, including by-passing the electric meter to create the conditions they wanted to grow plants. To get power reconnected I had to provide certificates of compliance for the house circuits.
Ruri was on holiday, but responded promptly to my enquiry, and was happy to provide constructive options, by email, text and phone call. Always good conversations, and he was reliable and prompt in his replies.
He arrived promptly and worked consistently through the days he was at the house. He fully got to grips with what was required, including some additional work I requested. He worked through all the checks and tests, keeping me informed with progress and findings. Explaining things that were going to need to be rectified as part of the work, as well as things that may need to be looked at in future years.

I contacted Ledger & Sons because my hall and outside light were no longer working. Ruri arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and managed to fix both problems.

Ruri also managed to fix a problem I had with the lights in my living room, that no other electrician in 10 years has been able to.
