DO NOT DO A COURSE WITH THEM!!!

If I could give no stars I would!!!
I cancelled my course and have been awaiting the refund form which is due into my email inbox within 30 days, I have received nothing. I have rang them over 10 times chasing this up and I am getting nowhere.
£169.99 refund I am waiting on but they can't seem to send a simple form through an email which takes 2 minutes.
Keep being passed from pillar to post, some of them saying 1 to 2 hours for it to arrive in my inbox, others saying 2 days and the latest was 15-30 minutes, and still NOTHING
I found the same accredited course online for FREE hence why I cancelled this course but they can't seem to get me my refund.
