Contacted Adam via his website and he got back to me very quickly. He ran me through all the options and what he could do for me and it was all very easy to follow, and I could see the enthusiasm he has for his work.

He installed 4 access points, a bunch of cablelling and a switch over the course of about 1.5 days and now I have never been happier with my home's network! Very professional and friendly with very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

In order to get the best possible internet speed, I wanted to move a telephone point to an upstairs office room. I was advised to try BT/Openreach, but after 15 minutes of messages, number pressing and dead end web sites I gave up. I had an old copy of Yell and found Le Monde Communications which had some good reviews. I contacted Adam and he turned up as agreed and spent some time checking out the old (non standard!) telephone wiring. He also checked the internet speed which he said could be improved. He managed to move the main telephone point to the new room and fitted a new point and wiring. the new point also had built in filters which looks much better. It was clear that Adam had years of experience as well as considerable technical skill. Before leaving he checked the broadband speed which was now 10 Mbps faster than before. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending Adam (Le Monde Communications).

My elderly parents needed expert help with their Internet connection. Le Monde Communications offered exactly the professional, friendly, individual service they required to sort the problem. To begin with they discussed it carefully with me in advance, set up a visit to my parents' house within days, worked very hard for several hours assessing what was required and undertaking the work. They were unusually good at explaining to a non-techie like me what needed to be done and why, and paid just the right level of friendly attention to my parents. The bill was very reasonable and helpfully outlined the issues. The firm also wanted to check the outcomes and ensure everything continues to function well. The internet connection is now working much better than previously, and I understand what further action is required. Overall this was a welcome experience in these stressful times when online communications are so important. I won't hesitate to call Le Monde Communications again.

Having had a poor encounter with both BT and Openreach, I decided to find someone local to help. I was very impressed with the prompt response to my inital query. Adam did a fantastic job setting up all the data points in my new office, if it wasn't for him I would have been totally lost. He was even assisting BT when they got lost installing my broadband!
