AVOID

We agreed with him 2 weeks ago for scaffolding, however we’ve called him today and he says to us he doesn’t do scaffolding and we’ve got the wrong number. Now our builders are stuck looking for another scaffolder. Completely unprofessional and dodgy. AVOID!

To avoid at all costs

To avoid absolutely as very low cost scaffolding. We agreed on a cost for a 2 lifts scaffolding around a 3 bed semi-detached, but only half of the scaffolding had been installed; asking for another £350 to complete. The scaffolding itself was very poorly installed, starting to balance after only 4 weeks. All trades (bricklayer and roofer) complained about it. When LCS realised I would not pay any extra, they've worked out new Terms and Conditions (that they of course never communicated in first place) of a 4 weeks hire and tried to charge 10% every following week. Looking around, LCS is certainly not the cheapest and all competitors are quoting 6 to 8 weeks.

Quality service and friendly!

Still using LCS as friendly and efficient on the job came out straight away for an emergency for a leak.

Do property’s up for a living and used this company a few times now and will continue to .... great guys and never had any problems. Highly recommended!!!
