This is a joint review of both LB Plumbing & Heating and Green Peak Construction, because Lloyd (LB) and James (GPC) work in partnership.
End to end, they were here for three weeks. They turned up when they said they were going to.
Their working practices were clean and tidy. They kept me informed of their comings & goings to and from the house. They were professional and yet friendly, polite, well mannered, and helpful: James was even able to assist when an elderly neighbour locked herself out of her house!
It was a pleasure to have Lloyd and James working in our house, I got used to having them around and it seemed a bit too quiet after they’d finished and gone!
We now have:-
• A cloakroom that I’m not ashamed to let our visitors use,
• A stunning bathroom – I still can’t quite believe it’s actually “ours” – it looks like something you’d see in a glossy magazine advertising a flash hotel!
• Jealous neighbours.
I’d have them back anytime.
