Very Good at Sending Empty Envelopes

Bought a washing machine spare part from them which was urgently needed. Envelope turned up super quick with nothing inside apart from a delivery note/ invoice. They were clearly not interested at all in trying to help, took a few days to even answer messages. Looking at their negative feedback, not the first time this has been done to a customer.

Amazon sale wrong.

They maybe great when things go well but if they don't get ready for them to blame the customer and make false accusations. I am considering court action against them for defamatory remarks made in public against me.

Beko spare door seal

Laser sent spares via Royal Mail. Delivered to wrong address, laser says delivered are are basically not interested. Even sent claim ref from Royal Mail
