Massive Decline in quality and poor customer service

Quality and quantity have both gone down dramatically over time. To the point where the boreks had pretty much no filling (I hoped this would be a one off but unfortunately not). The price increased dramatically. Often items would be missing, LT promised they would “make it up next time” but did not.

We found out there had been a random amount of money added online (on top of the service charge and without permission, illegal!) for 3 years or more worth of orders. This amounted to a huge amount. When we brought this up with them, they were defensive and refused to refund us. We’d been loyal customers for years so this left a bitter taste. Have not used them again and won’t ever do so. Very short sighted of them.

Item missing, refused to refund as requested!

Missing a portion of chips, not enough food to go around, completely ruined the takeaway and evening. I rang the restaurant who refused to help because they had just closed. Suggested I ring the next day, I have just done this and have had a disagreement on the phone. The takeaway was rubbish without chips to go around, and not what we’d ordered so I asked for the kebab to be refunded too. (I did ask on the night for them to come and collect the kebab as there was no point and we didn’t want the meal without the chips). The person on the phone was rude. I advised I could not force them to refund me but that I would leave a negative review and not order from them again and I was told he just removes negative reviews!!
