5Every time I have been there, the owners have been upbeat and helpful and they have been more than happy to help me with information about their products in order to help me make an informed and confident decision.
Recently I bought my second king sized mattress from there after the original one came to the end of its life. Liz took time to explain to me the differences between the mattresses; I think, in an unbiased manner. I wasn't rushed or pressured. I did visit another local shop afterwards, but quite honestly there was no comparison, as in the other shop I wasn't given very useful information, and I felt Laurie's had a good selection of mattresses for good prices anyway. So I came straight back and bought one at lauries again.
I've had the mattress a few weeks now and it is great. Excellent service!
