We started off wanting an extension and a small utility room/toilet, but ended up completely refurbishing the kitchen too, as it made sense to do it all at the same time.

Mick project managed the whole job from start to finish, calling in various trusted trades when needed.

The job was not without its challenges, but Mick kept us informed at all times and I was always confident that we would get the result we wanted.

When I want more work doing in future, Lauren Builders will the first number I call.

Mick, Lee, Josh, Dean, Pete and the rest of the team did such a fantastic job we couldn't be happier. From the start everything was explained in such detail which no other builder had provided, and communication was excellent from start to finish. Everyday the garden was cleaned and left immaculate ready for the next day, their precision, skill, dedication and passion for what they do comes across in every aspect of their work. They were so easy to get on with particularly as we have 2 young kids and a dog- they were so approachable and caring, they are certainly missed by them! They made sure we knew and were happy with every stage of the garden. They are outstanding at what they do and all round lovely people. When deciding to make home improvements, the most daunting task of all is finding a builder who you can trust.

In less than 24 hours, Mick had been to see us and discuss our requirements.

Mick and his team are just about to complete my neighbour's extension. When our neighbours first let us know they were due to have building work, I was a little worried because of how our house is positioned compared to theirs and the impact it might have on parking and us getting in and out of our driveway. However, not once did we have an issue and not once did we ever feel inconvenienced. Quite honestly, they were the loveliest team and I am going to miss their friendly faces in the mornings when I walk out to my car - they always put a smile on my face! Mick's team replaced the fence between ours and our neighbours, and in fact it is such a neat and sturdy fence that we asked them to replace another fence of ours which they were more than happy to do for us, and the day after I asked. Our neighbours extension looks great, and if we ever need any building work done ourselves then Lauren Builders are my people!
