Worst customer service known to man..

Called up and experienced the absolute worst phone-manner in the world.
I was hung up on, ignored while the operator had what seemed like a chat with his mate.
In the end I just gave up trying to contact them, more hassle than it's worth.
Who knows what the service is like, from my experience I doubt anyone ever actually gets to a car with them!
