Second visit to clinic. Great service, Steph was lovely and offered a relaxing treatment environment. Booked in for next session in January.

My appointment was with Tanzit she is great and sooo friendly,she is doing her job so well and so far I like my results even though it’s been only 3 sessions.

I wasn't happy as there was being hairs being missed out all over and i wasnt happy with how rough one particular therapist was when she did the treament , leaving me blistered , as she wasnt using enough cold hair.
I submitted my concerns via their website and had the manager call me straight away, advised to come in for a review and she will do something about it , and can refund me back for the sessions I've had, but when I got there she only gave me the option of having a extra 4 sessions added once my sessions run out, yesterday I got in touch to book my full face session from the 4 they were meant to honour me, but they have come back with lies and said it was never 4 full faces , they were only giving me 4 eyebrows, not once did they say they're giving me eyebrows, they cant even do eyebrows , the heads of their laser pen is huge that they cant even work around the eyebrows,
Avoid at all cost. There's a reason why they always have flash sales.

I had my very first session on the 28th of feb with Lucy who also did my consultation. The consultation was very thorough and explained really well. At my first session Lucy was really reassuring and explained step by step what she was doing throughout. I noticed a huge difference after a week and even more so after 2 weeks. I've just had my 2nd session with Lily who was really friendly and again really reassuring. The session went well and I'm looking forward to my 3rd. The clinic is lovely and clean and the girls are really chatty. I was really apprehensive and embarrassed about booking up but they made me feel really welcome and at ease. It's the best thing I've ever done and I don't regret it at all.

Havn't been keeping track of the number of sessions I have had as yet but so far its been great with excellent results and hence planning sessions for my kids facials. Thanking you all for such a professional service and Merry Christmas 🎄🎀
