Laptop Workshop

Used them a few years ago and had good experience, so used them again recently to fix my daughters iPad, staff polite and gave me a price there and then, took a few days but the repair was excellent. Very pleased with the service, lucky to a very useful shop nearby. Many thanks

My sons Macbook had an unfortunate incident spilling drink on the keyboard, i needed a new keyboard and clean the whole computer. Also fitted a new battery as the old one was not lasting at all.
Job was done quickly and efficiently and works perfectly. kept me up to date and one very happy Son.
Good price too. Very highly recommended.

Would not recommend. I took my pc in on Tuesday last week to get it fixed because it would sometimes crash whilst playing games and it would stutter and mini freeze on games. The guy there said it should take around two days to fix and at most a week but unlikely and it took a week. That’s not what I’m concerned about, though. He said it was completely fixed, hardware and software, hadn’t crashed or anything of the such. And just today when I got back from my holiday to test the pc, it kept on crashing and crashing and crashing, a lot worse than before. It also does the exact same things as before such as not properly boot up and then crash. The fans are a lot louder than usual and the guy at the shop said my pc was “fixed”. He also wiped my windows and factory reset my pc... and for what? Now I have to install all of my games and everything else I had installed (if I actually can get my pc to run). I find it quite odd it took an entire week to fix and it is at a worse state.

I should have walked away - utter indifference from the person behind the counter. No interest in what I wanted to use the laptop for & had to basically drag information out of them. Explained I had very little tech knowledge. Advertised 'free in-store set up' but they couldn't have been less enthusiastic about providing it. "Well, we could do it tomorrow". Told it was straightforward. Now sat frustrated with a laptop that won't receive or send my emails.
You would have thought a small business would at least attempt to compete by offering a friendly attitude and additional personal service. Not here, apparently.

I have been dealing with this company for several years, I have found dealing with James andThomas a pleasure, nothing is too much trouble, I dont' normally write reviews however these guys deserve a mention, very knowledgeable ,and great service at moderate prices, I am part of a family business in sussex and can recognise attention to detail and fantastic product knowledge, the shop is the pride of the Haywards Heath area.
