Langstone Plastics

I worked at Langstone Plastics in Nuneaton for two weeks, and I have to say it was one of the most unpleasant work experiences I have ever had. The environment was extremely disrespectful, and the attitude of many staff members was disappointing. One of the team leaders told me to work faster on three machines, which is practically impossible—even robots wouldn’t be able to keep up with that pace.
After just two weeks and a discussion about the situation, I received an email from the agency stating that I wasn't capable of doing the job. The working conditions were far from reasonable, with a 20-minute break that felt like a joke. Additionally, the job involved handling plastic pellets, which are harmful to wildlife and contribute to environmental pollution. It was disheartening to be part of a process that negatively impacts the environment.This was a disappointing experience, and I find it hard to believe that a company like this still operates in such a manner.
