Have been getting monthly delivery from Lancashire meets always good fresh quality are a fair price

I ordered 10 packs of Clonakilty sausages. The order was accepted and confirmed for delivery (Sandbach, Cheshire) on 14th September. I emailed on 16th September to ask where they were. No reply. I phoned and spoke to Mark who informed me that they did not deliver to my postcode (30 miles away) and the computer had accepted order in error, yet no one had contacted me or replied to my email.
Mark seemed unconcerned when I asked for an immediate refund. He said he would do that as soon as he could. When I asked when that would be he could not answer.
My conclusion … useless, unhelpful company unconcerned about their customers. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

I am a very good cook! Over the past few months back in England after 33 years living abroad Iluckily found Lancashire Meats via Harpurhey market and now online. I have just cooked an amazing 10oz Ribeye that matches anything I have had.
Rubbed with olive oil, cast iron pan dry, seasoned and finished with garlic,rosemary,butter. 7min total. Rest warm 7min. Heaven on a plate. Thanks Lancashire Meats. Everything else is great quality and service exemplary.

Wonderful quality, value and service. The Tomahawk Steak is awesome. Sea salt for 12 hrs, Sear hard 3 min each side. Oven for 9 mins and rest 10. You will not be disappointed. Friendly well informed team of real butchers.
