My hubbys van broke down and I was left with the task of getting things sorted as usual,after an hour of ringing around found these guys and they were so helpful they picked the van up fitted a new engine and 5 days later we had the van back fantastic service guys 5 stars.

Better off not using. I was sold an engine that arrived not as described. Not even close to what was agreed. I could go on but they agreed to give me a refund without much bother. Getting the money back on the other hand is atrocious. I paid quickly and without quibble, it’s been a month now and no refund, it’s in the bank, the man’s on holiday that pays it, I can show you the bank transaction etc. Small claim court will have to be the next action if no joy by the end of the week. Caveat emptor.

If i could put 0 stars i would, for anybody who is thinking of buying from this company i recommend you think twice. a couple of months ago i purchased an engine which was described as out of the vehicle and i was assured that it would be delivered within 3 days, 1 week later i received the engine which had obviously been reconditioned badly, when i contacted them and asked for a refund they tried to tell me that there was no new parts and it hadn’t been tampered with, after many phone calls they agreed for a full refund, this went on for 3 weeks and when they finally refunded me they withheld the courier charges both ways, the person we spoke to told me they hadn’t received the engine and therefore could not refund me, after speaking to the courier i found out that they had the engine 24 hours after it had been collected then they gave me the excuse that it “had been delivered next door”. to sum it up, a painful experience, a very dishonest company that had told me nothing but lies.

dear Mrs watton, When your husband purchased he was advised 3-5 working days for delivery. Apologies on the one day delay but unfortunately the logistics sector is suffering severely and there are service restrictions in various postcodes. second of all, when your husband contacted us we gave him the option for us to collect the engine and supply another engine to which he said no so we agreed at the first point of contact we would collect the engine and issue a refund. As there was no issue with the engine ( engine has been sold to another and is and running perfectly) we advised that one lot of postage would not be refunded. Another collegue issued a refund and mistakenly minuesed two lots of carriage, which again was promptly refunded back as soon as it was raised. thirdly we can in fact prove the engine was delivered to another unit and i advised you of this over the phone. last of all a refund was issued immediately upon collecting the engine from the unit and can take 4-7 days for the card company to process. We have no control over this. Your review is incorrect, exaggerated and slanderous we told no lies and refunded you in a prompt manner. we sold you an engine that was in full working order and can the same can be evidenced. we honoured your wish for a refund.

Electrical job took it to many garages but only these could fix it

Very professional had electrical starting problems been to few garages but no one could diagnose the problem left it with these guys fixed within 24 hours highly recommended
