Worst solicitors EVER!!

Where do I start? Was given a quote for a fixed amount. Their terms and conditions state, you will be allocated a solicitor, and you’ll deal with that solicitor throughout the process. Well let me start by telling you, you’ll be dealing with the receptionist and trainee more than anyone else. They don’t reply to emails, nobody is ever available to speak on the phone and they NEVER call back, you ask important questions and they don’t bother answering them. They provide the worst service possible, that’s if you can even call it a service. They lie continually, they purposely use a different member of staff every time they make contact so each can relinquish all responsibility of the poor service you received from the last person. At the end after all the ignoring, lying and non existent service, they have the bare faced cheek to send you a bill which is more expensive than the “fixed” quote they originally gave you.

I have just used Lancashire law to buy my new house, I can’t speak highly enough about this company, having used another local company to sell my other house and having had so meany problems with the company, I decided to use them ,

This Firm excelled itself on service. Nothing was too much trouble. From the wonderful greeting from the Receptionist to the excellent Secretarial Staff and the efficient service and fantastic advice given by the Solicitor. Highly recommended!
