Ladybird Crane Hire

Woeful. For a company not to respond to emails or calls is incredibly ignorant. Response times and any indication of follow up information is awful. They have no interest in giving detailed or reliable information and always refer (this is if you even get a response) back to someone in the office and then communication stops. For someone who is wanting to fork out £1200 + on training and a card you’d expect so much more - especially as I have previously used this company with crane training. Nevertheless, this company have zero interest in providing anything for the customer. Disgusting.
