Our office staff are qualified to assist and advise each client to establish a stress free service. We listen to our client's individual needs and tailor the services offered accordingly.
Our uniformed staff are thoroughly trained and fully insured and pride themselves on their keeness to work, their attention to detail and their ability to complete all work to a high standard.

Meticulous and highly professional house cleaners

Their assistance amazed us.
We were impressed since their attention to detail was maintained from the time they arrived until the end of the cleaning.
Several times throughout the day, I was asked if I was satisfied with the quality of service offered. Our home now smells and looks fantastic, thanks to a meticulous dusting of every window blind, wall, and ceiling corner.
The owner is very good at scheduling and monitoring the progress of the house throughout the day.

High staff turnover

We have been through 3 different cleaners in the space of 6 months. Though the work done was of a reasonably good standard, and the ladies themselves were nice, it was inconsistency and at times, poor communication from management, which made us stop using Ladies that Do.

I must agree with this Client in as much as it is disappointing to have to deal with the changing of Domestic Staff. There were three different people over the 6 months period but the third person only covered the last visit on the 16th July 19, so the previous work had been completed by two staff members. Both of the Staff had to resign their positions with our company due to personal reasons. We were as sorry to loose them as this Client was but this is unavoidable. We always endeavor to contact our Clients to inform them of any changes, we were not aware our communications had not been received in this case. The aim of our Agency is to always have a replacement Cleaner to provide a consistent service.

'ladies that do' did a 'deep clean' in my recently renovated dusty house. 2 cleaners did 3 hours each. There is no furniture apart from a sideboard, table, deconstructed bed and a tv. I asked them if they could wipe the bed down as it was dusty but they explained that it 'wasn't part of the house' so couldn't. When I arrived after it was done I wasn't particularly impressed. It more of a 'wipe over' that had been done. There was still dust and dirt on the skirting boards, door frames, furniture and radiators. The floors were still pretty mucky too. They were both pleasant, punctual people but for £145 I wasn't too pleased. A week after I was called by ladies that do to say that they hadn't received payment, although I had paid the week before. They said they would look into it. I called back slightly worried and they said they meant to call to say it had been received. So after all this poor 'service' I still have to clean my house! Not too pleased really and I wouldn't recommend them.
