Our store in the heart of South London has been a fixture of the community for over a century. As well as a traditional ironmongers, we have long since diversified into a tools and LPG/Bottled Gas Specialist. As a member of the Mica Independent DIY stores group we are able to offer you excellent prices to rival the big chain retailers. We also offer something they don’t - expert product knowledge and friendly free advice without having to walk half a mile to find a member of staff!

We are well known locally for being a ’one stop shop’ for any DIY, household or locksmith item you may need. Customers can come to us with the confidence that they’ll leave with the item they need, and on the odd occasion we don’t have something, we can get it in for you in just a matter of days.

To the DIY enthusiast, our store is considered to be something of an Aladdin’s Cave / Paradise. We have stock on display from floor to (and including on) the ceiling, and we are very proud to have been able to retain the traditional feel and ambiance (and yes even the smell) of a traditional ironmongers.
