Labbaik Hajj Umrah

I was sceptical at first and there were a few hiccups along the way but labbaik hajj umrah delivered on their promises. We dealt with Haider who was there every step of the way. We had a great trip alhamdulillah. Thank you Haider and labbaik hajj umrah.

Good service by brother Isa, E-tickets were received same day by email and we also had access to the airlines online check-in which was helpful. There were no problems on departure and arrival dates.

Don't trust them each and everything they say while selling package is based on lies.umrah package 10th to 22st jan 2023.but they reduced 1 day later and no refund.I been told there won't be waiting time between connected flights but when got tickets 6,7 hours each way waiting I been asked to come airport 6 hours before flight. tooks atleast 24,25 hours travel .no one was at makkah airport to receive group phoned Mr.Raheem to find out atfer 3 hours found man to go with.makkah hotel were same but dirty. Madina hotel wasn't same we purchased in package it was awful no basic facilities like toiletries no room service. 1 door key for 4 people, and alway you need at activate from reception but there wasn't any receptionist most of the time.top of that hundreds of people and only 3 lifts been working waiting hours to get down and worse thing always missed prayers with jamaat coz of no lifts.ziyaraat only shows you from Coach look right and left then drove back to hotel 🤦‍♀️ never again

The company has been great Alisha Ilyas who arranged the ummrah trip was very good. Every time I contacted him with questions or issues he was fast to reply back. The hotels were excellent and zirayth and transport were well organised. The reason for four star is that if you go on ummrah on a tourist visa you will not be allowed to bring back zam zam water.

This is the second time we have booked an umrah package with Labbaik Hajj Umrah. First time for myself and husband and now recently for my parents. Both times we have received excellent customer service from the staff especially Syed Ali Husnain who is extremely helpful and approachable. He has provided us with an excellent package within our budget. Would highly recommend.
