Plumber not set on prices, £672 for one radiator replacement and diagnostic! Unbelievable.

Not happy at all with service unfortunately. Gave initial quote for radiator replacement, but only an estimate of cost. Tenant complained of mess left behind. Radiator issue never got fixed. Plumber got parking ticket, but advised them to park in nearby car park. Carried on with further work, with no idea of additional approximate cost beforehand, only afterwards when final bill sent. Then found out he is not actually on Check a Trade anymore, yet continues to use their logo on his invoices. Nearly fell off chair at £672 final price for just one new radiator replacement and diagnostic of why it wouldnt heat up, despite complaints from tenant. Will definitely be seeking advice on this. As a customer I am entitled to review based upon how I feel and should not feel intimidated. Most plumbers I have dealt with in the past have always been very friendly, and non hostile, this was the opposite experience, which I regret to add. A nightmare all round.
