If a customer adds work/causes issues with access or attempts to get unpaid extras the company refuses to work under such conditions.
Also Due to very wet conditions delays are naturally going to occur.

Project began in April 24 and at the start of July 2024 we terminated our contract with immediate effect due to the project being progressed to only 40% and no communication with us to finalise the works.

We asked Levi to come out and quote us for removal of an old garage, approximately 120sqm of natural stone laying, and a rear shed base approximately 45sqm. Prior to accepting the quote, we asked him about the negative reviews he had. He was quick to justify each one of them and deflect these back on the clients. DO NOT BELIEVE HIS REASONINGS. ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!

We also asked Levi to remove rubbish from the property relating to the project, however was never removed even after being paid to do this.

We persistently asked Levi and staff to ensure the drive was cover with protective sheets to prevent damage, however this was ignored and after having the aggregates removed from the drive, it is apparent how much damage has been caused to your driveway.

AVOID!

Initially, Levi is charming and his business photos look good, but in reality expect poor workmanship, cheap materials, poor finishes, failure to turn up, endless excuses and dire communication. His 4 phase payment sees him disappear by phase 2 having had 50% of the money. Then come the excuses such as resting his back/legs, constant illness, broken van, doesn't work weekends, in the rain or on B/H.
He cut down our trellis panels and bodged a repair to enable the gate to open, he’d failed to cement the gate post in!
He filled the gaps around patio with wood and lightly covered with slate. The hardcore was described by two other landscapers as rubble and not fit for purpose, and our disabled dog was left to hobble on this for 4 months. He took my 100, 2x2 slabs to sell for himself and refused to return them and 5 months on my garden is horrendous. We wasted £4K, so save your money and mental health. This man needs to find a new trade as his work is abysmal. Never turns up when he says he will, offering a whole host of excusses. Does the work in phases with each phase paid. Unfortunately by the time you realise what a shambles the job is its too late as your thousands of pounds out of pocket. Just an example of errors are, resited fence cut too short and bodged, slabs unstable after one week, edging thats meant to be plumb stone filled with debris so he doesnt have to use as much, drainage bodged and not fit for purpose. And the list goes on and on. A four day job took Levi from early March to mid June. We had other landscapers in after a couple of months but they advised it was such a mess that they would have to rip out all his work as it was below standard and start again and so cost £4000 all over again. We had already paid Levi £2000 by this point so had us over a barrel. I would not employ this company to change a toilet roll let alone anything else. Avoid at all costs.
