Then you realise that it's actually the pipework and there's a puddle forming. First of all, don't panic. If you can, turn off the water at the stop tap and call Cheshire Reactive Maintenance. Based in Northwich, we can get to your property quickly and solve the problem before any serious damage occurs. Our call out rates are affordable and we'll fix the problem there and then, depending on the availability of necessary parts. If an immediate repair isn't possible, we'll make the area safe and return to fix the fault at the first chance we have.

Luke was amazing! Very quick response and very professional. We had a blocked sink and ge fixed it in no time plus provided us with extra bits there and then. Would definitely recommend him 👍

I can thoroughly recommend Luke Jackson as he did the most wonderful job for us installing a new oil boiler.
Luke is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and professional and we are so glad that we found him.
Luke’s attention to detail and standard of workmanship are excellent- he left the area spotless. Thank you Luke for doing such a fantastic job- we look forward to seeing you in a year’s time for the first service!

Expert plumber and boiler installer

Had a new oil fired boiler, hot water tank and alterations to the home water system all carried out while I was on holiday. Totally trustworthy and clearly an expert in his field as can be seen by the end results.
Would easily recommend L Jackson Plumbing & Oil Boilers after the work carried out on my home.

Has serviced our old old boiler and kept it going when other companies couldn’t .
He has now replaced it with a new boiler in an efficient and tidy manner.
