I have recently had a porch finished by L.J.S Building and Maintenance. I was quoted an amazing quote for what was needed to be done. Every step was explained to me in layman’s terms, and communication throughout was impeccable from Lushy. Two very professional tradesman, worked meticulously in the elements to get the job done in rapid time! Friendly and polite all the time, and cleaned up after themselves after finishing every day. They were able to offer me great advice on care after the porch was completed and also gave me great timelines on completion of their work. They were respectful to my neighbours as well, in where they Parker their vehicle, to being polite in interactions and noise. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! They are highly capable and absolutely professional. They have an eye for detail making sure that every part of the project was to perfection, which sounds like that’s normal, but they were very OCD ensuring EVERYTHING looked amazing! Thank you!!

They miss-calculated size and time needed for the repointing job but they swallowed the extra work/days and did an excellent job

Had this company carry out a garage conversion into a home office/study. Amazing work, and very well carried out from start to Finish. Great chap and a good team. will be sure to use them again.

Had this polite young man to lay a new lawn ,path and low garden wall he was polite very efficient and tidy his price was very fair and I won't hesitate to use him again for future projects
