Located in Blyth in the heart of Northumberland, we are within easy reach of Bedlington, Morpeth, Cramlington, Ashington, Whitley Bay and Newcastle Upon Tyne.

After all, the fitness industry is filled with so many ways of training, but what is the right way of training for you that is coherent to a long-term lifestyle change that will make you happier and healthier?
My purpose is to help you find that, build your confidence, increase willpower and help drive you to overcome obstacles and to be the best version of yourself, not somebody else.
As I have stayed consistent to my own personal goals, I have been able to find that inner drive, become more confident, feel happier, make new friends and push myself through boundaries I didn’t believe was possible. Now here I am, still pushing my boundaries and I am looking forward to helping you with yours.

From a young age I was passionate about Kickboxing, which moved into coaching which grew my drive, commitment and passion for helping people reach their fitness and health & wellbeing goals. Studying Sports Science and Personal Training at college to grow my skills and knowledge I realised helping others was where my skills lied and LB Sports & Fitness was born. Mental Health First Aider

Awesome Personal Trainer
5At the start of my fitness journey I was looking to lose weight and get some fitness back after I recovered from injury. Liam helped build a core fitness back in the first block of sessions. Then in the next block of sessions did more advanced sessions and strength training.
One of my main motivations for having a PT is to have the extra motivation of somebody checking in and pushing me during sessions. Liam is always checking in with me and making sure my next session is booked in.
I don't work with any sort of routine so its been really important to me that Liam is able to accommodate our sessions at different times and sometimes rearrange things.
He is always pushing me further in each session. There is always a mixture to sessions to keep them interesting and enjoyable.
I would highly recommend anybody who wants to train to book Liam for a 1-to-1 or attend his group training sessions.
