Contacted this company to sink pipes and fit new radiator. They were efficient, polite and reliable. They arrived on time, communication was brilliant and the work was first class, they left my property absolutely immaculate. I contacted this company as I had a leak under my bathroom sink that needed attention. I spoke to someone called Lewis who seemed to offer a solution to the problem but never actually bothered to communicate with me in a timely manner to get it looked at, let alone fixed. I sent him a picture of the problem too. We had one phone conversation (which by the way, I had to make, as he did not bother to call me back after my initial call) He said he would book me in to the diary ASAP - he never did. He said he'd get a quote over to me, once again, he never did. How can you rely on a company to take care of your plumbing needs when they lack such urgency and professionalism as this one does? Do not bother with these guys - they have no customer care whatsoever. That's my advice, as they did nothing but waste my time. Kes
