Kwik Fit

Drove in and asked for a tyre price and pump me up to see me through until they could fit me in please. Sure, shouts to the workshop. Workshop gents ignore me, but casting many sideways glances at me until I pull aside to get out and ask them… TO BE SCREAMED AT! Where do you think you are going?
I step out and say, I heard your colleague in the office just asked you to assist me?
Then, shopping around, they are 20% more expensive, for exactly the same tyre, as their nearby competitors! After being a Kwikfit customer for 20 years…. Never again will I buy from Kwikfit! One branch has tainted a GLOBAL brand! Well done to the chaps in the workshop in Preston on Wednesday late afternoon!

Great service from start to finish through my MOT.

Made my experience of getting a service and MOT so easy. Able to drop off before work and collect after. Kept in the loop about my car, issues resolved quickly. Advised to bring car back in for a diagnostic as car had a faulty sensor, but issue was fixed promptly and I was very happy with the communication through the process. Thank you Kwik Fit!

This business does not even deserve 1 star when u call them up they quote a price which is fair enough then you go to the place itself and get charged £60 on top absolutely disgusting
