We work to a very high standard. We show pictures of problems and then before and after pictures of the completed work.

You pay when the jobs done 110% and when your happy.

Fabulous service! Initially contacted KS Property Maintenance to get a quote for windows. The service was so good, I've had windows, front door and roof work all completed. Extremely happy with the efficiency and service, always arrived on day and time expected. Work was completed in the timescales quoted on initial meeting. A very professional and friendly service! Would 100% use again!

Kieron came at the time he said, inspected the work to be done, gave the estimate. Once agreed, he and team arrived in time, completed the work to satisfaction and left no mess. I shall definitely call him if any other work that can be done by him arises. Jj

Very happy with all the work carried out by KS property. Always polite, kept us informed of any set backs, due to weather, and left everything clean and tidy at the end. Quote revived within two days site visit and work started when promised. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again when needed.
