Horrible experince at nail shop

Went to get my nails done today by Lee, when filing nails nails he was using machine on my skin, i had to tell him several times to be careful. His response was RUDE. Because i had to tell him to be careful when filing, his response was i have been paying £20 for refills for some time now, i informed him that my nails were still sharp and needed more filing down to make them smooth. He replied the next time you come you will have to pay £23 for refills and £2 extra for filing down.
There is no sign in the shop to say refills is extra money by length if nails and extra for filing down.
I found his attitude very RUDE
I have no discovered that he makes up prices per customer

Laser hair removal

I have been waxing here since 2019 and last year I have decided to try the laser hair removal. I have heard lots of positive feedbacks and I wanted to try it for three parts: underarms,Hollywood and full legs.
I am soo happy and grateful for the results seen starting from the first session. I went regularly for the sessions every 4 weeks since November 2021. Within the 8 sessions the results were amazing and it improved my self-esteem. Thank you for your hard work Lucky keep it up and I highly recommend all the services especially the laser as well as the waxing.

The service was quick and excellent the staff was quiet friendly. They were able to squeeze myself , my mom and my sister in for nails appointment despite being fully booked .
