The service was quick and excellent the staff was quiet friendly. They were able to squeeze myself , my mom and my sister in for nails appointment despite being fully booked .

Unprofessionally

Had my eye brow threaded today and as everyone knows if you dont thread regular can be painful. So i had to stop at one point and the person who was doing my eyebrows had her friend sitting on the other chair laught and looking at each other. This is disgusted! And to make it worse on leaving the other person when into the pub next door this being 10 30 am where they agree to meet in convo when doing my eye brows. Never again will i go here if this is the way thay are aloud to conduct themselves.

Worst beauty experience

Worst beauty experience of my life. I got my eyebrows done, they were good but the disaster happened when I asked to get my upper lip done. The lady did not check the temperature of the wax ans ended up burning my face! It was horrendous. The next day I went back and the managed, old man always sitting at the desk, did not care at all that I was very upset, neither tried to be nice! Instead, he made me wait 25mins until he called the lady (conveniently when no customers were around), and she did not care either, just said that "it happens sometime"! Two months on and I still have a big mark on my face. Absolutely disgusting.
