Unreliable before work even started.

Arranged an appointment for Rory to come and see my garden in February, told me he would be here between 10-11am. Didn’t turn up - messaged me 2 hours later saying he was in a formal meeting with “big commercial client”. I felt let down by this, a quick message to let me know would have been appreciated. After apologising, we rescheduled appointment - he came out and promised me that was a glitch and he was extremely trustworthy (showed me positive online reviews and said he would sort the garden for me and my young kids etc). Date given to start work (tomorrow 7th May). Messaged today 6th May to say he has ordered the materials and once paid direct to supplier he’ll give me a start date. Mentioned nothing of this before today. He told me last week he was ordering the materials and that work would begin on the 7th. Organised my week around this. Absolutely shocking way to organise your work schedule and communicate with clients. Told to cancel the job as the trust has completely gone.

Fabulous job from start to finish!

Five star service from start to finish, Rory and his team were professional and friendly throughout all aspects of levelling our garden and laying new porcelain paving and pebbles. Rory helped design the area to maximise how we could use our space. All work was completed to a high standard, we will use Krisp construction again when we convert our garage to a garden bar. All work was completed all time and on budget with no stress for us.

Rory and his team did a fantastic job in my garden his attention to detail is incredible. I changed a few things along the way which was no trouble for Rory who also put in his own input. I’d have no hesitation having him to do further work or recommend him to family and friends
