Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service.

I had an appointment scheduled in for 3pm in which I called to confirm two days before.

When I arrived for my appointment at 2:45pm the shop was locked up with no one to be seen.

I tried to contact the mobile number of the lady who booked the appointment several times, including WhatsApp and text messages.

I was walking back to my car when I received a text at 3:05pm stating “sorry I can’t make today we will have to reschedule for another time”

Needless to say this is unacceptable and when I tried to call to ask for an explanation she continued to ignore my call.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to be treated with this level of customer service.
