Kenneth was absolutely brilliant. I spoke with him on the evening of 20th March and he agreed to fit me in at 8.30 the following morning. Kenneth was actually waiting for me when I turned up at 8.20,.Some polite introductions before he began the electrical testing with a very professional confidence and emailed me his invoice as I requested the same day. Kenneth received prompt payment and I received the Electrical Safety Certificate I needed well within 48 hours of first speaking to him. Kenneth is definitely a person who can be relied upon to exactly what he promises.

I have delt with a few electricians but these guys at KO electrical services are very well put together they did a few jobs around the house that I was happy with and they didn't leave the mess fore to clean up as they was finished they cleaned the place and left it tidy. Now that's top knock customer service 👏🏾.
