I am very disappointed in the service I have been provided. I have contacted your BMW retailer several times, and although promised a call back from the used car sales manager (Simon Allen), I have heard no response from them.
I bought my car (Approved used BMW 1 series) in March 2019, which was sold to me by David Jenkins. I have had issues regarding the service cover.
I have since then for the past few weeks been awaiting a response from the used car sales manager, but to no avail. I am still awaiting a response and my car is still awaiting service.

Worst service I have ever had - car and customer. Complete shambles. Was meant to be a quick first service. Told on arrival that other work needed and would take around 5 hours. Called to chase 6 hours later - no updates. Travelled back to dealership and sat for 2 hours. No updates. Dealing with regular customers and mates first. Now will have to travel home through Friday rush hour traffic. Last thing anyone needs at the end of a working week. DO NOT USE. Will take my car to dealership much further away just to avoid having to use them again.

Having dealt with most of the dealerships within the area over the years, I feel that the expertise, professionalism combined with the quality of the product is outstanding. I have just invested in a second BMW and on both occasions was dealt with by Ben Shaw who’s respectful manner on both occasions has made him a pleasure to do business with. I am recommending Knights BMW Stoke to everyone. The treatment from the service team has also been exemplary in dealing with any issues large or small and have got us back on the road as soon as possible.

All I can say about my experience to this facility is WOW ! The staff are professional and make you feel at home. If you plan on owning or repairing a BMW I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
