First class efficient service. Only 40 minutes from contacting them to having the car on my drive. Excellent value for money considering Christmas Eve and a Sunday. Would recommend to anyone.

Problem resolved and dealt with in calm and friendly manner

Friendly and helpful service, car picked up on time agreed and phoned beforehand to let me know that he was on his way.
Unfortunately the breakdown vehicle broke down on the way to the drop off , however this was dealt with as quickly as he could and I was kept informed of when the car would be delivered.
Despite this problem I would use again and recommend to others

Unbelievable service from knights today. My son had taken my car hundreds of miles back to university and it wouldn't start. I phoned knights and they were with my son within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. The mechanic even phoned me when he left my son to explain what had happened. Incredible service really well priced. I cannot recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Lucy

Quick and Friendly!

I had broken down when attempting to leave reading festival in the middle of the night and Knights recovery helped me quickly and efficiently.

Even though I had broken down during the middle of the night, in a difficult area to reach it only took them around 35 minutes to arrive where as the major breakdown cover I use wouldn't have been able to come for 8 hours! The mechanic who arrived was helpful, polite and answered any questions I had.

I would definitely recommend and would call again if I needed help.
